Returns

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If package is damaged during shipping you will need to contact the shipper. Shipping & handling charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition and not autographed for refund, exchange only. You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization  number to return your product.

NO refunds after 30 days.
NO refunds on Canadian orders.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES, WRONG NAME ON AUTOGRAPHS, MISORDERED SIZES, BACK ORDERED ITEMS OR WRONG ITEM ORDERED.
Any order that is refused delivery will be refunded the product amount ONLY, minus any extra charges that may be incurred due to your refusal. At no time will we refund shipping & handling for any refused delivery or returned item. There is a 25% restocking fee, plus shipping & handling charge, charged for all returned items. We do not refund shipping & handling fees. Chargeback's on items that have been shipped and are enroute to the Ship To address that are rerouted back to us will be charged the Chargeback fee we are assessed, Shipping & Handling fees an a 25% re-stocking fee.
